Pre-School - Eighth Grade

Schedule

Preschool -  Dismissal at 12:00pm.
Kindergarten - Dismissal at 12:00pm.
Grades 1 - 8 - Dismissal at 3:00pm Monday - Thursday and at 12:00pm on Friday.

Music

Regular weekly music instruction is provided for all classes in grades 1 - 8.

Chapel

Chapel day is every Wednesday at 10:30am unless otherwise stated.  Students need to dress nicely.  Girls need to wear dresses or slacks. T-shirts may not be worn with slacks or skirts.  Boys need to wear shirts with collars and slacks or khakis. Jeans may not be worn.

P.E. & Outdoor Play

Regular weekly P.E. instruction is provided for all classes in grades 1 - 8.
all students will be expected to participate in P.E. activities unless they are under a doctor's care and restricted due to illness or other physical limitations. Outdoor play is a regular part of the schedule for all groups.

Show & Tell

Classroom teachers will specify days for Show & Tell. Children are asked not to bring toys.  Educational items such as books, shells, rocks, etc. may be brought.

Parent Involvement

At New Dimension, parent involvement is encouraged. There are many ways for parents to be involved. Parents can help our teachers and enrich the total educational environment of students. We encourage frequent communication between parents and teachers concerning your student's school activities and progress.

School Policy For Closure On Snow Days

New Dimension follows the policy of the Medford School District, 549-C. If they close or start late because of snow or ice, so do we. We will notify area radio and television stations of our status.
